Allentown, PA: Netizen Corporation, an ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and CMMI Level 3 certified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned provider of enterprise cybersecurity and information technology (IT) solutions for military, government, and commercial customers worldwide, was awarded a nine-year $168M contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for a wide range of IT, cybersecurity, and related solutions at Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) locations in Brunswick, Georgia; Charleston, South Carolina; Cheltenham, Maryland; and Artesia, New Mexico.
The DHS FLETC Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (IT DOSS) contract awarded to Netizen encompasses 19 core service areas including information security, cloud computing, data center management, networking, systems engineering, service management, and end-user support across all FLETC locations. As cybersecurity is a priority for FLETC, Netizen has also been tasked to ensure IT systems comply with federal laws and policies, support a network security operations center, conduct cyber awareness training, enhance cybersecurity management practices, and coordinate classified computing and secure communications capabilities.
The contract has a four-month base transition period and nine twelve-month option periods for a total of over nine years of performance. Netizen, as the prime contractor, was selected from a group of 29 total bidders and has partnered with subcontractors The Fila Group, LLC and NIS Solutions Corp., both from Virginia.

FLETC’s mission is to train federal, state, local, international, and tribal law enforcement officers that are responsible for enforcing laws, treaties, and regulations within the United States and abroad. FLETC provides interagency training for over 100 law enforcement partner organizations such as the ATF, TSA, Navy Criminal Investigators (NCIS), Air Force OSI, NSA, CIA, U.S. Marshals, U.S. Secret Service, and many others.
